The present volume comprises the scholarly outcomes of the XIVth SAS Conference – Contemporary Social Phenomena 2025, organized under the esteemed auspices of the Academy of Romanian Scientists (AOȘR), the Institute for Life Quality of the Romanian Academy, the Romanian Sociologists Association, and the Faculty of Sociology and Communication of Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania.

This collection brings together a series of rigorously developed studies authored by doctoral candidates and presented under the academic supervision of their respective advisors. The contributions included herein represent a significant and timely addition to the corpus of contemporary social science research, reflecting both methodological rigor and theoretical sophistication in addressing complex societal phenomena.

We take particular pride in presenting these scholarly endeavors, which not only demonstrate the intellectual engagement and analytical competence of emerging researchers, but also underscore the relevance of their inquiries in light of current global and local social dynamics.
