Fiat Iustitia is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, established in 1996 by the professors of the Cluj-Napoca Faculty of Law within the ”Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University Bucharest. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All the content is also available for the subscribers of Ebsco, CEEOL and RePec databases.
